Intricate hand-painted windows feature numerous individual stained-glass pieces, often as small as a silver dollar. LSG artisans hand-painted (shaded) each small piece of glass in the examples shown (these windows were crafted with fine, mouth-blown cathedral glass, so the vibrant colors come from the glass itself).
Included in the examples below are a 10-ft diameter “Apostle Rose” window at the Patty and Bo Pilgrim Chapel, Dallas Baptist University in Dallas, Texas. The commission also included a window depicting Christ in the Garden of Gethsemane.
Another window, from Claxton United Methodist Church in Claxton, GA, includes various symbols such as the Lamb, Bible, Alpha and Omega symbols, the Hand of God, and the Four Gospels accompanying Christ.
