About Memorial Plates
Memorial plates provide an inscription area within the stained glass window. A few examples are shown at left. The plate is typically 10-inches in width by 4-inches in height and will accommodate up to 5 lines of text (approximately 28 characters per line including spaces). When there is more than one window, we select one text size which works well with all of the inscriptions so that all windows are consistent.
- 5 lines at approx. 28 characters per line including spaces.
- 4 lines at approximately 24 characters per line including spaces.
- 3 lines at approximately 20 characters per line including spaces.
